Here is how to get the best from DVD Decrypter.

Start by changing Mode to IFO

Select the main movie PGC from Edit menu

Next click on Stream Processing

Click on the Enable Stream Processing and only select the main audio stream and main movie stream.
As you can see the Directors audio track and the subtitles will be stipped from
the movie, reducing the total size of the movie when it's on your HD (hard drive)
