Oamaru, the largest town in North Otago, is approximately half way between Timaru and Dunedin. The Parish's largest church, the St Patrick's Basilica, is located on Reed St, accross the road from St Joseph's Primary School. Weekday and Sunday Masses are held in the Basilica, details of which can be found here. The weekly vigil Mass is in North Oamaru, in the St Kevin's College Chapel on Taward St.
